What's the difference between a subscription and a pass?: A monthly subscription renews automatically and costs less. A 1-month pass is a single charge with no auto-renewal — ideal when you only need a month.
What happens if I cancel?: If you cancel a subscription you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; only the automatic renewal stops. For refunds or mid-term cancellation, please contact support.
Can I switch to a higher membership?: You can move straight to a higher membership from an active subscription, paying only the prorated difference for the remaining period.
